The temperament of air in nature is to make things finer, lighter, and more delicate and thus more able to ascend into higher spheres.

Air’s element type loves to be the center of attention. They are constantly moving and have an excess amount of energy. Many air element types are athletes. However, air’s element type can be trend setters and class clowns. They practice spontaneity and always live life to the fullest. Air loves to party, typically wears bright colors, often times is fashionably late, like loud music, money to air is meant for spending, and very creative.

The world would be a boring place without the exciting life of the people who are mainly air.

Water is easily dispersed and assumes any shape without permanency. In the construction of "things," the addition of water allows the possibility of their being shaped and molded and spread out.

The next element is known as water. These people Specialize in emotions. People who have mainly a water element are concerned with the well-being of others. Water element types work well with other people. Examples of water element types are teachers and social workers. Water element types are happiest when they are around other people, preferably in a small group of friends. These people are good problem solvers and are also good listeners. Always take a problem to a water element. Water loves parties just like air does but, their idea of a party is a small dinner party with classical music, water is not a trend setter, usually dresses with duller colors, no make-up, and would go into debt for someone else.

Earth is an element usually situated at the center of our existence. It is said to be cold and dry in nature, and it appears so to sight and touch, so long as it is not changed by any other elements.

The Element type identified as earth. People who have earth as the major part of their element are seen as creative. They constantly question the world around them and search for answers. However green element types do not usually achieve the best grades. Albert Einstein is a good example of this. He failed math, but went on to become one of the greatest physicist of all time. Earth element types are generally lazy, and are constantly searching easier ways to achieve tasks. Most inventions come from earth personality types. There are downsides to being a earth personality type. Because of this people with earth element types do nt have many friends. Their extremely high egos may also contribute to this assumption. Earth people question everything, fact orientied, organized, always on time, schedule is critical, non emotional, and skeptical by nature.

Fire is also a simple substance, situated higher than the other three elements. Fire is hot and dry in temperament, and its role in nature is to rarefy, refine, and intermingle things.

The next element is Fire. Fire element types specialize in organization. They never break rules and meet all deadlines. Fire element types are not much for spontaneity, and generally make all plans in advance. The people with this type of personality make the best grades in school. Fire Element types do not work well with others that do not share their same goal of perfection. When dealing with earth personality types, be prepared. The people who have fire as their main personality type are universally admired for their hard work. Most Fire personality types set goals and then accomplish them. The world needs these types of people to establish some sort of order. Fire people are very competivtive, goal and money motivated, out front, likes to be in charge, not organized, running behind, and not worried about details.
